Major Aviation Company Kaizen Event

We were tasked to manage and provide the transportation for a large Kaizen event being held in South Wales in 2023. Our team organised and provided transport for over 200 guests over a 10 day period. The task involved many airport transfers, hotel to site shuttles as well as gala dinners and ad hoc journeys for VIPs from around the world.

We utilised our large fleet of executive vehicles throughout the event including saloons, MPVs and mini coaches. On site, two co-ordinators managed the drop-off and collection of all guests as well as facilitating last minute requests and journey alterations.
